  1. How long are shipping times?
We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us.  For most orders with in Australia, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

Tracking information is available within 4-5 business days from the day we sent you the tracking code.

  1. What's your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended. To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

At Organic Lifestyle Products, we aim to make every return and refund process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
